Dampness on a wall in West London, caused by bridging.
Often dampness is caused on a wall where there is a solid floor and the plaster has been taken down to, or below the solid floor junction. This can bridge the physical damp proof and/or damp proof membrane under the floor screed. (If there is indeed a DPC or DPM present of course!)
